Things to remember when leading a group of “tappers”

1. Start slowly as you practice simple movements to a slow tempo.

2.  Allow people to participate when they are ready.  Sometimes certain ones like to listen and watch at first.

3. Adapt the activities as you go.  Observe and respond.  No pressure.     Keep it fun.

“The whole point is….that it has to come from
the heart. Anytime you tap with your hands or your feet, you have it in
your heart. You have to get tuned in.”
